Toiture Audet guarantees its workmanship (installation) for ten (10) years.

Several people ask us the following questions: How does the warranty work exactly? What happens in such and such situations? What is covered by the warranty and what’s not? If I have a problem with the shingles, who’s responsible?

In order to avoid gray areas, you’ll find on this page the clauses and full coverage of our workmanship’s (installation) warranty. This is another one of our commitments to you: to keep you informed and treat you the same way we would like to be treated.

Toiture Audet’s Warranty

We will repair any installation defects affecting the overall work or causing water leaks at no extra costs. All roofing materials required to carry out the repairs will be provided and paid for by Toiture Audet (shingles included).

We will replace all new and defective roofing parts installed during the roof repairs or construction, at no additional cost (Shingles excluded, as they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).

Additional APCHQ Warranty

By working with Toiture Audet, you are getting twice the protection! In the event Toiture Audet would no longer be in business and would cease its activities within the ten (10) year warranty period covering our workmanship, the APCHQ would take over and handle any issues related to an installation defect for which we are responsible. Excluded from the warranty

Toiture Audet cannot be responsible for any problems or damages related or caused by condensation. Although we take all necessary precautions and special care to prevent these problems, too many factors can cause condensation in the attic. For example: a poorly insulated exterior wall that is near the ceiling can promote heat loss and create condensation. Unfortunately, we cannot verify the condition of the insulation in the exterior walls when renovating a roof.

Toiture Audet cannot be held responsible for damages done to items that are inside the property: walls, ceilings, floors and general structure, furniture, personal items or any other possible belongings which the owner has custody of and over which he exercises direct or managerial power.
